BNBRun Solutions LLP (“BNBRun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit bnbrunsuite.com, sign up for our SaaS apps, or contact us. By using our website or services you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

2.1 Information you give us

  • Account & profile data — name, work email, phone, company name, team size, role.
  • Billing data — billing address, GSTIN (where applicable), and payment details processed by our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Customer content — any data you create or upload while using BNBRun apps (leads, invoices, files, messages, etc.). This is your data; we act as a processor.
  • Communications — messages, demo requests, support tickets, and feedback you send us.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, click events, session duration, referral source.
  • Device & log data — IP address, browser type and version, OS, device identifiers, time zone, error logs.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure performance. See Section 8 for details.

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Authentication providers (e.g., Google sign-in) when you choose to sign up that way.
  • Payment partners that confirm transaction status.
  • Analytics and marketing platforms that help us understand how visitors find and use our website.

3. How we use your information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain BNBRun apps and the bnbrunsuite.com website.
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorised access.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional messages (account, billing, security, service updates).
  • Respond to inquiries, demos, and support requests.
  • Send marketing communications (only with your consent — you can opt out anytime).
  • Improve our products through analytics, A/B testing, and aggregated reporting.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. Lawful basis (for users in the EU/UK)

Where applicable, we process personal data under one or more of these bases: (a) performance of a contract with you; (b) your consent (which you can withdraw); (c) compliance with a legal obligation; or (d) our legitimate interests in operating and improving our services, balanced against your rights.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the business — cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, customer support tooling. They access only the data needed for their work and are bound by confidentiality.
  • Authorities when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — if BNBRun is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will notify you and ensure equivalent protections.
  • Other users you authorise — for example, teammates in your workspace will see content you share with them.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law (typically tax records for 7 years in India). You can request deletion of your account anytime; after deletion, we keep limited records to comply with legal, accounting, and security obligations and to prevent abuse.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest where supported, row-level tenant isolation, role-based access control, audit logging, and regular vulnerability scanning. No system is 100% secure; if we become aware of a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay.

8. Cookies

We use the following cookie categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to work (login session, CSRF protection).
  • Performance & analytics — anonymous statistics about site usage.
  • Functional — remembering preferences (e.g., language, monthly/yearly toggle).
  • Marketing — used only with your consent to measure ad performance.

You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).

10. International transfers

BNBRun is headquartered in India. If you access our services from outside India, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in India and any other country where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required) for cross-border transfers.

11. Children’s privacy

BNBRun is built for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party sites we don’t control. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before sharing information.

13. Marketing communications

We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in or are existing customers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email contact@bnbrun.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe” and we’ll remove you from marketing within 7 days.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products evolve or as required by law. When we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
