Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free forever for up to 3 active seats per app. No credit card required. Use as many of the 100+ apps as you want.
How does per-app, per-seat pricing work?
Each app is billed separately. If you have 5 users on Lead Manager (Pro) and 10 on Invoicing (Pro), you pay for 5 + 10 = 15 seats at the Pro rate. Apps you don’t use cost nothing.
Can I mix plans across apps?
Absolutely. Put your sales team on Pro for Lead Manager and Sales Pipeline, but keep the rest of the company on Starter. Upgrade any app anytime from the marketplace.
Do you offer yearly pricing?
Yes — save 20% when you pay annually on Pro and Business plans. Enterprise customers (Business) can also pay quarterly via bank transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), UPI, NetBanking, and wire transfers for annual invoices. Powered by Razorpay and Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel any app or your whole workspace anytime from your admin panel. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your data remains exportable for 30 days after cancellation.
Is my data secure?
BNBRun uses row-level tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, and per-action audit logs. Business plan includes SOC-2 report access and India data residency.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or startups?
Yes — registered nonprofits get 50% off Pro. Early-stage startups (under 10 people, under 2 years old) get 6 months free on Pro. Apply here.
