Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to BNBRun work and what happens if you decide to stop using the Service. It applies to all paid plans on bnbrunsuite.com operated by BNBRun Solutions LLP (“BNBRun,” “we”).
1. Subscriptions are committed for the term you purchase
When you start a paid subscription, you are committing to the full billing term you select — one month for monthly plans, twelve months for annual plans. You cannot cancel a subscription mid-term and you cannot get a refund for the unused portion. See our Refund Policy.
You can stop using the Service at any time, but you remain responsible for the charges already incurred for the current term.
2. Disabling auto-renewal
Although you cannot cancel your current subscription term, you can prevent the next renewal from taking place. This is sometimes called “cancelling” in other products; we call it disabling auto-renewal because your current subscription is unaffected.
- Self-serve: Sign in → Settings → Billing → Manage subscription → Disable auto-renewal.
- By email: Write to contact@bnbrun.com from the workspace owner’s email address with the subject “Disable auto-renewal — [workspace name]”.

You must request this at least 7 days before the next renewal date. Renewals processed before we receive your request are non-refundable under our Refund Policy.
3. Try before you subscribe
Because subscriptions cannot be cancelled mid-term, please make sure the Service fits your needs before paying. You can use:
- The free Starter plan (3 users per app, all 100+ apps).
- A 14-day free trial on Pro and Business (no credit card required).
4. Downgrade instead of stopping
If you don’t want to continue paying after the current term, you can switch back to the free Starter plan when your paid term ends. Your data and workspace remain intact — only the seat limit and feature set drop to the Starter level.
- Downgrade to Starter: Drop from Pro/Business to Starter at the next renewal.
- Reduce seats: Lower the number of paid seats to take effect on the next renewal.
- Disable specific apps: Stop renewal of an individual app while keeping the rest.
Manage all of this from Settings → Billing → Apps.
5. What happens to your data
- While your paid term continues: Full access until the end of the period you paid for.
- After your paid term ends (and auto-renewal is off): Your workspace moves to a read-only state for 30 days. You can sign in, export data, and reactivate, but cannot create or modify records.
- After 30 days of read-only: Customer Data is permanently deleted from production systems within 60 days. Limited records (billing, audit logs) are retained as required by law — see our Privacy Policy.
6. Exporting your data
Export your data anytime — including before disabling auto-renewal. Every BNBRun app supports CSV/Excel export from Settings → Data → Export. For full-workspace exports (database snapshot), open a request — we’ll deliver within 5 business days at no extra charge during the read-only window.
7. Reactivating
Within the 30-day read-only window, you can reactivate any subscription with one click. Pricing and seats reset to the plan in effect at reactivation. After 30 days, reactivation is no longer possible — you would need to create a fresh workspace and start over.
8. Cancellations initiated by us
We may suspend or end a subscription for material breach of our Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, prolonged non-payment, or as required by law. We will notify you in advance whenever feasible. No refund of pre-paid amounts will be issued where termination results from your breach.
9. No exceptions for change of mind
We do not waive this policy for change-of-mind cancellations, accidental purchases, project changes, or low utilisation of the Service. Please use the Starter plan and the 14-day trial to evaluate — that’s exactly what they exist for.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cancellation Policy. The version on this page when you started a subscription is the version that applies to that subscription.
