Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BNBRun website (bnbrunsuite.com) and the BNBRun SaaS apps (collectively, the “Service”) operated by BNBRun Solutions LLP (“BNBRun,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. When you register an account you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions, billing & taxes

  • BNBRun offers a free Starter plan and paid plans (Pro, Business). Pricing is published at bnbrunsuite.com/pricing.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in INR unless otherwise agreed. Charges are exclusive of GST and other taxes, which are added at checkout where applicable.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay and Stripe. Failed payments may result in suspension after a 7-day grace period.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your admin panel; see our Cancellation Policy.
  • Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or rent the Service without our written consent.
  • Send spam, phishing, malware, or other harmful content through the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (for example, denial-of-service attacks).
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data beyond your own workspace data.
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy, or is otherwise illegal.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Customer data & ownership

You retain all rights, title, and interest in the data you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant BNBRun a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your Customer Data except as necessary to operate the Service, troubleshoot issues at your request, or comply with law.

5. Intellectual property

BNBRun and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, all rights are reserved. You may not use the BNBRun name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, Google, WhatsApp). Your use of those services is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content or availability.

7. Service availability & SLA

We aim for 99.9% uptime on Pro plans and 99.95% on Business plans, measured monthly and excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, and your own infrastructure issues. Service credits, where applicable, are described in the plan’s SLA addendum.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BNBRun’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid to BNBRun in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BNBRun, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your Customer Data, or your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, non-payment, or as required by law. Upon termination, your access ends immediately; data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

12. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information with the same care it uses for its own (and at minimum, reasonable care). This obligation survives termination for three years.

13. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, pandemics, internet outages, or third-party infrastructure failures.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and you consent to their exclusive jurisdiction. Where local law gives you mandatory protections (e.g., as a consumer in the EU), nothing in these Terms removes those rights.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Entire agreement

These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and any plan-specific addenda) form the entire agreement between you and BNBRun. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
