Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains BNBRun’s position on refunds for paid subscriptions to the SaaS apps available at bnbrunsuite.com, operated by BNBRun Solutions LLP (“BNBRun,” “we,” “us”). By subscribing to a paid plan, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.

1. All sales are final

Once a subscription is purchased, all payments are non-refundable. This applies to:

  • Monthly subscriptions on Pro and Business plans.
  • Annual subscriptions on Pro and Business plans.
  • Per-app upgrades from Starter.
  • Add-on purchases (extra storage, SMS/WhatsApp credits, custom development, migration assistance, training, consulting).
  • Renewals of any of the above.

We do not issue partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or goodwill refunds, regardless of how much of the paid period remains unused at the time of cancellation request.

2. Try before you subscribe

Because all sales are final, we strongly encourage you to evaluate the Service before paying. You have two ways to do that at no cost:

  • Starter plan — free for up to 3 users per app. Use any of the 100+ apps for as long as you want, without entering payment details.
  • 14-day free trial — available on Pro and Business plans. No credit card required to start. The trial ends automatically; if you don’t subscribe before it ends, you simply revert to Starter.

It is your responsibility to evaluate the Service and confirm it meets your needs before subscribing.

3. Limited exception — SLA service credits

If the Service fails to meet our published SLA in a given month (99.9% uptime on Pro, 99.95% on Business), you are entitled to service credits applied to your next invoice, as described in your plan’s SLA addendum. Service credits are not paid out as cash refunds and do not extend the subscription term.

4. Limited exception — duplicate or fraudulent charge

If you can demonstrate a duplicate charge or an unauthorised charge to your payment method, contact contact@bnbrun.com within 7 days of the transaction with proof. We will investigate and, if confirmed, reverse the duplicate or unauthorised portion only.

5. Disputes & chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we’ll resolve genuine billing issues quickly. Initiating a chargeback for a charge that is valid under this policy may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your workspace.
  • A chargeback handling fee per your payment provider’s terms.
  • Permanent termination of your account.

6. Currency & taxes

All prices are in INR unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes. Taxes already remitted to authorities are not part of any service-credit calculation.

7. Cancellation vs. refund

Cancelling your subscription stops it from auto-renewing in the future, but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid. See our Cancellation Policy for how that works.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. We will post material changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
