BNBRun Solutions LLP is a product-first company from India. We build the software we wish existed when we were running our own business — unified, opinionated, and without the integration tax.
Today our 100+ apps run on one ERP core that we wrote from scratch. No frameworks, no wrappers, no compromises.
We got tired of stitching 12 SaaS tools together.
In 2024, we were running a mid-sized services business. HubSpot for CRM. QuickBooks for finance. Freshdesk for support. Monday for tasks. Asana for projects. Shopify for commerce. Every tool claimed to be the "single source of truth." None of them actually were.
Data got stuck in silos. Reports didn’t add up. Our Zapier bill crossed our software bill. We spent more time keeping the tools in sync than serving customers.
So we built our own ERP core from scratch — not on Django, not on Laravel, not on any framework. Then we wrote apps on top of it: first CRM, then Finance, then Support. Every app shares the same users, the same data, the same permissions. Because they were always meant to.
Today that core powers BNBRun — 100+ apps, one workspace. We’re rolling it out to the customers who kept asking us: "Can I buy what you built?" The answer is finally yes.

Vaibhav Chotaliya starts building an ERP core from scratch — no framework, no dependencies, full ownership of the stack. The mission: replace 10+ SaaS tools with one coherent platform.
First 10 apps shipped
CRM suite (Lead Manager, Sales Pipeline, Contact Hub), Finance basics (Invoicing, Expense Ledger), and HR essentials (Attendance, Leave Manager) go live for internal use.
50+ apps, first external customers
Services businesses, clinics, and logistics companies start replacing their SaaS stacks with BNBRun. First ₹10L in revenue, all organic word-of-mouth.
Marketplace & per-app subscriptions
Launched the App Marketplace with per-app, per-seat pricing. 100+ apps across 10 categories. Starter tier goes free forever.
Scaling beyond India
Rolling out multi-currency, regional compliance (VAT, SST, etc.), and dedicated CSMs for Business plan customers worldwide. Target: 10,000 workspaces by year-end.
